Peugeot 508 – 1.6 e-HDI – 2012

Selling my 2012 Peugeot 508 1.6 e-HDI. High mileage but well maintained, reliable engine, and still drives comfortably. Priced low because of one electrical issue (explained below). Main details • Year: 2012 • Engine: 1.6 e-HDI diesel • Mileage: 349,000 km • Transmission: Automatic • Colour: Blue What’s new / recent • Brand-new battery (installed this week) • Timing belt changed last year • New media system (2023) – screen still has protective cover • Reverse camera installed • Regular servicing + lots of invoices available • Front wheel bearings, wishbones, and other suspension work done recently Condition The car starts, drives, and brakes fine. Engine, gearbox, and suspension work were all kept up to date. It’s an older car but still a solid daily runner. Known issue (reason for low price) There is an electrical fault with the boot — sometimes it opens automatically when a door is opened. It doesn’t affect driving, but the next owner will probably want to repair or disconnect the boot switch.
