Recently purchased a Polestar from Jason Ryan, couldn't be happier with the experience. It makes such a difference to have someone knowledgeable explain the car to you in full honesty. For the very little Scott didn't know about Polestar 4, he was very careful not to hazard a guess - that shows integrity. I was told the sales team was actually flown to Germany to get hands-on experience with the products, on the track, before being let loose on potential customers. That shows too. The test drive experience was so relaxed and easy: no complicated forms and disclaimers. A short introduction of the options and versions, an explanation of where to find everything in the car and you're off on you own for the drive. And it was good. Really good.
