I had the pleasure of visiting the Porsche showroom in Dublin recently, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. I was assisted by Daniel, one of the sales executives, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. Daniel was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand. He took the time to chat, share insights, and made me feel very welcome. His energy and friendliness made the visit even more special. I even gifted him a small Hot Wheels Porsche as a token of appreciation—it felt like the perfect moment for a fellow enthusiast! It’s rare to meet people who bring both professionalism and genuine kindness to the table, and Daniel is truly one of those gems. Went into Porsche last Monday to have a look, impeccable service from the get go, Yesterday picked up our 2022 Cayenne, when we arrived to pick it up it was in a special private room covered with a tarp, Mark Kelly who we dealt with was so knowledgeable and damn good at what he does, we had coffee for us while we waited, the process was professional and smooth, the entire process from start to finish just wowed me, one nice touch was the complimentary Porsche umbrella, the key tags and the coffee mug, which only had the Porsche Logo and not the dealers name which is an even better touch, I will only deal with Porsche direct in future, also we got a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty and the option to extend if required when the time comes, just want to say thanks to Mark again for the best service ever

I have been to many dealerships in Ireland through out the years and somehow I was stunned with the warm welcome. Me and my son had an excellent experience and to be honest, one of the best customer service. We even received a gift from the dealer and had a fantastic opportunity to talk about the history of the Porsche brand and that has made a huge impact on the future generation ( My son ) of the brand enthusiast. 5 star review would be an understatement.
