We purchased a new to us (2020) Nissan Qashqai back in June. Ryan asked us what our budget was and what make and model we were after. We had a Nissan Qashqai and explained we loved that car. He showed us what he had within our budget, unfortunately they were a tight squeeze for 4 almost adults. Ryan said they too deal in Nissan cars also as he walked us into look at what was on his list. A Nissan Qashqai had come into their Cavan branch only the day before within our budget. As it was new in, there was no photos up on his system. Ryan made a call to them and asked if they could send over a walk around video of it. The video arrived within minutes and it was then we fell in love with the car. Ryan asked if we could drive to Cavan that same day (Saturday) we couldn't. Ryan asked if we were genuinely interested in purchasing it he'd see about getting it brought up to them. It was brought to Dundalk on the Monday evening we viewed it, and agreed a sale. By Friday evening we had it. We had a couple of minor issues with it in the 1st few weeks. Ryan said to bring it to their Drogheda branch as it was closer to us. Jaydan and David looked after us very well Provided us with a courtesy car while they fixed the issues. This was our 1st experience with Blackstone Motors and they didn't disappoint. We are very happy with our new to us car. The customer service was excellent. Would definitely do business with them again.

Great service... yes, a bit of a delay on parts, But all staff members were fantastic in all aspects of helping repair my car ... so ... thank you to all who helped me out ...was well worth bringing my car in to Dacia Dundalk Blackstone Motors... 👏🤩🙋‍♀️
