When I entered the showroom my intention was to have a look at the new R5 and see if it could fit my requirements.. I had said if it does I will only put a deposit down if I get a good experience. I left after paying a deposit and not even seeing the car! The experience, led by Niall, who clearly knew the car and is a big petrol head was very enjoyable, As others have said he is very professional and engaging in his approach. He sent me a video of the car in storage awaiting prep and when I called in before the collection day to see it, he was delighted to show me the car un-prepared. Special shout out to Amy for her assistance too in making the whole process easy. A really great experience from a great team. Well done guys.
