I dealt with Niall in sales and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was very relaxed, with no pressure at all. Niall was highly professional, yet also open and friendly, making the whole process easy and comfortable. He gave me the space to look over the car on my own, which I really appreciated. We agreed on a very fair trade in value for my own car. Although the car preparation took a little longer than expected, I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care they put into it before handing over the keys.
