At the end he is saying that if I have any queries to contact Skoda from Germany not them, even though I paid them for the part and for service.

Avoid at all cost, very dishearting as a young woman trying to buy a car especially with the staff in Pat Keogh. I was ready to buy my car when a friend went and looked at it mice had eaten the wires, no apology nothing. Since last Saturday I have been enquiring about a car and nobody got back to me with a straight answer. When your spending alot of money surely the customer service should be next to non.
