Renault Grand Scenic Signature NAV DCI 7 Seater

Bought BMW 520d from DMC in July last year. Dealt with Paul and the sales process was very smooth. First of all he gave me very good trade-in value of my existing car and there were no bargaining tactics needed from myself and the one and only final price was quoted which was reasonable. I asked Paul about getting the extended warranty from another company but he assured that the warranty they give is better. The car developed a sensor fault within warranty period which was communicated to him but the fault disappeared next day. I had couple of months remaining so I did not bothered to change it. The next time fault appeared, the car was out of warranty but Paul was willing to take care of it as part of goodwill gesture. Also to avoid causing hassle for me, he agreed to allow me to fix it from local mechanic of my choice. I would definitely consider DMC for my next car as they are true to their words and prioritize customer satisfaction.
