Dealt with Karl Larkin who was very professional and informative when I bought the great-looking Cupra Formentor. Karl was enthusiastic and also trustworthy, which made both the decision making and buying process easier. I had been looking for a replacement for my old focus and had been to many other car sellers. Most other car salespeople could really do with learning from him. The first phone call I made to enquire was a good start because he sounded interested, helpful and eager for me to visit. I didn't make any firm commitments about dropping into the showroom but I was particularly impressed how professional he was when I visited a few days later. He had a file on me with the details of what I was looking for. Most other salespeople would have forgotten about you as soon as you ended the call. It took a bit of convincing to part with so much money but happy that I took that "leap of faith".
