Enquired about availability of used Cupra Born 2 weeks ago; last week contacted by Josh, car just in, right year, right price and right colour! Very pleased with service from Josh and all at Connolly Motor Group, Sligo

Great customer experience. Staff are very helpful and I had no problem seeing, selecting and eventually buying a 2020 Reg car from them. As you can see in the pics, they even managed to get a unique Registration number for my car which was completely unexpected by me . Thanks to everyone there. 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏

My husband had his car booked in for a repair and was advised by Ashley Gladwish that the job would take approximately an hour and a half. We also paid a deposit of €169 in advance. After waiting for two hours and twenty minutes, he approached a mechanic at the coffee machine to check on the progress, only to be told, “It’s a difficult job and it could take all day.” A different service manager then asked my husband, “Do you have anything important to do today?” and finally offered a courtesy car. This is simply unacceptable. My husband’s time is just as valuable as yours, and customers should be treated with respect and honesty. If the job was going to take longer, why was this not communicated earlier? There seems to be a complete lack of consideration for the customer experience. We have been loyal customers, but this experience has left us questioning whether we want to continue dealing with this company. We will now be exploring alternative service providers and will factor this into future decisions about where we purchase and service our cars. Please do better! Your customers deserve basic respect and clear communication.
