I visiting Sheehy Motors Carlow yesterday and had a great experience. It was so nice to see a person there to greet you when you dropped in your car. No booking in online, dropping your key in a lock box etc. I was able to discuss my issue about the car in depth with a person who was very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 for not taking away the customer service element of getting the car serviced.

Sheehy's have taken care of my car since I purchased from there 5 years ago, and I made the mistake of using a different VW Service centre this year due to my location. It didnt go well so I had to ask Sheehy's to take over the service & repair instead. Gary & Josh are gentlemen - they are friendly & explain everything well. They spared me from part replacement that I didnt need which saved me money while doing the necessary fixes quickly & around my schedule. I cannot fault their service. Turns out not all VW service centers are equal in quality of service- and Sheehy's is far above.
