Bought a BMW 520d from Conlan's Naas last year (which was a pleasant experience)and took it to Limerick for it's first service in my ownership. I can't fault the process in any way, booked online, they gave me a lift back to work, and the guys in the Service Dept were very helpful. I had a faulty parking sensor which they agreed to cover under the warranty and there was a service pack on the car which I didn't know about so full honesty on their part for pointing that out.

Colin, Kevin and the whole team at Conlans were great. They were super helpful, friendly and efficient. From my first test drive, to organising a loan through BMW and patiently showing me the features of my new car the team were lovely. I love my new BMW and will be returning to Conlans when I next decide the upgrade my car.
