I recently bought my car through Dublin Airport Cars and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very start, the website was simple and straightforward, and once I applied, Michael was in constant contact with me. We went back and forth with emails, bank statements and all the bits needed for the finance, and he talked me through every step — either by phone or email. I’m not the most technical person, and he was incredibly patient, kind and understanding throughout the whole process. Within less than a week everything was sorted, and Michael personally delivered my car to us. I didn’t realise he was the owner until he arrived — such a down-to-earth, helpful man. His delivery driver was on holidays, so he actually took the bus back to Dublin afterwards (first time on a bus since he was 10, he said!) and never charged us a cent for delivery. He even put petrol in the car at no extra cost. The car itself is immaculate, exactly what I wanted, and he knew how much it meant to me. He genuinely went above and beyond. I had heard great things about Dublin Airport Cars on social media before, and now I understand why. A brilliant place to buy a used car, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.
