I bought a second-hand Toyota Avensis from Donohoe Skoda and had a great experience dealing with Austin. He handled the sale with total professionalism. While the car eventually developed an engine light issue, the team’s perseverance is commendable. They worked on the dashboard error multiple times until it was completely resolved, and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle whenever needed. Two years later, the car is still running perfectly without a single problem. I’m giving them 5 stars because even though issues arose, they stood by their word and made sure everything was fixed properly. Huge thanks to Austin for the excellent service!

When I enquired about buying a new car I left the dealership knowing exactly what was included and repayments.
