Skoda Fabia 1.0 Ambition

You won't find more irresponsible staff than here. Especially James from parts. Ordered the wrong key for my car. Waited 5 weeks instead of 10 working days. Never even said sorry. At the end he is saying that if I have any queries to contact Skoda from Germany not them, even though I paid them for the part and for service.

Just got rid of my skoda kodiaq after 3 years thank God I didn't have to go back to pat keogh still waiting on a return phone call from him as after picking up suv was planning long drive to mayo just said I'd check oil & water no oil and when I was singing for that suv pat said nothing had changed from last contract but that was a lie a lot had changed very bad parts back up wanted 1250 for brakes got them done in healys naas for 590 it is clear to see by three bad reviews read all reviews it's not skoda it's ballybrittas motors is the problem

Avoid at all cost, very dishearting as a young woman trying to buy a car especially with the staff in Pat Keogh. I was ready to buy my car when a friend went and looked at it mice had eaten the wires, no apology nothing. Since last Saturday I have been enquiring about a car and nobody got back to me with a straight answer. When your spending alot of money surely the customer service should be next to non.
