I purchased my car this week with Michael and from the first moment of contact it was pretty plain sailing. I reached out with an immediate response and an appointment arranged for that day . Went to Sam yesterday and picked up a delightful car. From the onset Sam showed great customer service skills making me feel very welcome and was extemly engaging. Sam gave me an insightful feedback on the car I wanted and gave me the courteousy and trust to take it around the block for a test drive.
