I wanted to order a new ŠKODA Elroq, I rang my local ŠKODA dealership and I rang two more before ringing Pilsen. I got put through to Daniella, I explained exactly what I wanted and when I wanted to have it for. Daniela proved very knowledgeable and was more than helpful and professional. She was able to fulfil my order exactly as I wanted it. The other 3 dealerships I spoke with were nowhere near as helpful as Pilsen. After confirming my order with Daniella I ordered there and then, paid my deposit over the phone and I transferred the balance from my local bank to theirs. I didn’t need to step foot in the dealership until the collection date and as I had arranged everything over the phone it took a mere 15 minutes for the handover, which was just checking the car over, the SEAI paperwork and SIMI document The Car was perfectly presented and polished to perfection and 100% charged. This was a production order car, The ŠKODA app notified me of the commencement of production and when it left Germany for delivery to Cork for arrival there on Christmas Eve and it arrived into Ireland 3 weeks before I requested it, after the usual PDI I had my new 2026 car in the middle of January, which was 2 weeks earlier than I had expected it to be ready. , I could not recommend Pilsen enough and more so Daniella. They even offered to send a courtesy car to collect me from the Luas after I got the train and Luas to go collect car. That is service in a nutshell, old school attitude towards going the extra mile for customers. I went past 3 dealerships to buy a car where my local dealer and the two further along the way were not too bothered about the order. Telling me things like, ‘I’ll ring ya back’, ‘I’m not sure’ type things and having to go off and check this and that etc. it was like the sales agents were kicking the tyres and not me!, even the Kildare area dealership didn’t even bother to call me back. So if you’re after a genuine costumer focused service and sales then take my word go to Pilsen, in fact just ring them and see for yourself. Ask for Daniella in person. Great Experience from Darron Wilson and the team at Pilsen Skoda. From the time I first met Darron when I initially popped into their showroom to see what the new models were all about, nothing was too much trouble. I was shown around the vehicles, explained their features and points of interest relevant to my circumstances and had all my questions answered. This was all without any commitment to purchase. Fast forward 6 months and because of this great initial experience, I went back to Darron and ordered my new vehicle. The Skoda ordering process and apps that supports sharing progress information while waiting for the vehicle is very good. Darron was communicating along the way and I never felt like I was in the dark at any stage. The car arrived and was ready for collection on the 2nd of January and everything was as expected. Again, a decent handover and all the time in the world was given to me by Darron to explain and demonstrate the vehicle before I drove it off the forecourt. All in all, 5 stars for Pilsen Skoda and Darron Wilson.

The cooling module for the left ad right indicators went on my car, I dealt with Mark in service who was, very cheerful, helpful and professional at the same time, he ordered the parts on Wednesday and I got a call Thursday to bring my car in Friday morning. I arrived at 8.55 and within 10 minutes my car was gone. Mark told me it would take about an hour and a half, which was about right, the price he gave me when I booked it in didn’t change, which was great as I also found him to be honest. I have been quoted for different things and when I’d go to pay it was different. So 10 out of 10 lads and Thank you. Jackie Smith
