I have to say, it was top class from start to finish. Driving over 35 years now, and BYD staff could not do enough for me, especially Kian. He explained everything that was going to happen in detail, and was extremely friendly and professional. Could not have gone any better. An absolute pleasure to deal with BYD on the long mile road.

We recently bought a used car from BYD South Dublin. It was a pleasure to deal with Sam who was very professional and friendly at all times. He made the whole sale hassle free and presented the car in top condition as promised. His communication skills were very pleasant without being pushy and we were very impressed with him and the whole BYD team. I would highly recommend the team there.

From start to finish I was dealing with Gavin Cousins he was a absolute pleasure to deal with as I was travelling from Cork he took video and all of the car i was interested in. He was very helpful and had very good knowledge of the car which I purchased would definitely deal with BYD in the future.
