You won't find more irresponsible staff than here. Especially James from parts. Ordered the wrong key for my car. Waited 5 weeks instead of 10 working days. Never even said sorry. At the end he is saying that if I have any queries to contact Skoda from Germany not them, even though I paid them for the part and for service.

Avoid at all cost, very dishearting as a young woman trying to buy a car especially with the staff in Pat Keogh. I was ready to buy my car when a friend went and looked at it mice had eaten the wires, no apology nothing. Since last Saturday I have been enquiring about a car and nobody got back to me with a straight answer. When your spending alot of money surely the customer service should be next to non. Will never return or recommend to anyone

Asked to speak with the manager after the guy from parts (James) started lying about his statements during our phone conversation on a week before. They are recording the phone conversations, but still didn't want to listen it cause he knew he was lying. Lady at reception refused to call the manager at the first second. Didn't even try to resolve the problem. The only response was: "Listen, if the part it's not there, then it's not there. Nothing we can do about it." She said that when I was waiting for my part 3 weeks after the promised date. Very rude and aggressive. Avoid at all cost
