Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. Very happy with my car service. Right from initial calls through to service I received (including updates on timing of finishing service), everyone was super friendly, professional and helpful (Molly, Robbie and others too!). I used the waiting room, toilets and baby changing facilities onsite and there was tea/coffee/biscuits available in the waiting room. The whole place was modern and spotlessly clean. I was given a brand new car to use during my service. Price was very competitive. Really happy and I will be back! Keep up the great work! ⭐️
