From the moment I stepped inside the Toyota showroom at Tom Murphy Car Sales where I was warmly welcomed by Caroline on Reception to meeting Mark and Dean, my experience has been very positive, helpful and efficient with no pressure at any stage of the process. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs, answered my questions was understanding and made very helpful recommendations. Mark was very reassuring and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed and happy with my choice and the handover and follow through has been excellent. Dean handled the financial side and once again the process was smooth, seamless, transparent and efficient. I would highly recommend Toyota and the team at Tom Murphy Car Sales.

I would 100% recommend Dean and Megan in Tom Murphy car sales. Margaret and I purchased 2 new cars there on Thursday. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of engaging with Dean and Megan as they both brought the best of professionalism, ethicit, class, humour, energy and most important of all, they were just so genuine and positive. For anyone thinking of purchasing a car, please do consider Tom Murphy car sales and 100% request Dean and Megan as you will in no way be disappointed. The only slight we would have is, this extremely abnoxious, rude, self indulgent ( id say ) man with grey hair/beard kept interrupting Dean's meeting with us and standing in the door entrance of Dean's office. Dean handled him brilliantly and that man ( grey hair/beard) does not give the impression that his interested in anyone but himself. He did not even offer an apology for the interruptions. Anyway enough of the negativity and let's focus on the positives which are Dean and Megan, hats off to both of ye as ye are the opitmity of professionalism and we will only be dealing with both of ye going forward to purchase cars if we can afford them lol Margaret and Nigel
