Only a month later, I was unfortunately in an accident and suddenly found myself needing another car. What could have been an overwhelming and upsetting situation was made so much easier because of Niall. Without hesitation, he stepped in and worked to help me find my second car. His level of professionalism and genuine care meant so much during such a stressful time. He kept in constant contact and made sure everything moved as quickly and smoothly as possible. With Niall’s help, I was only without a car for three weeks to the day of my accident, which is amazing given the circumstances. That alone speaks volumes about how good he is at what he does. Although I didn't buy a car from Hogan, I received excellent customer service from Niall and Lorna. They were very helpful and approachable from the very first phone call, didn't put any pressure on me, and were very understanding. They are simple a pleasure to work with.
