What a pleasant change to buy a car from a saleswoman! No patronising crap or unwanted endearments....yes , many of us are still getting that from Car Sales men, i was called Honey and Darling by a man i.had never met before only.last month at another dealership. By contrast Alanna at Cogans was efficient, courteous, pleasant, responded rapidly to emails etc, took time to answer my questions, took me for a 2nd test drive on the day I collected the car. I highly recommend using Cogans, who have not one but three sales women. Time for other Car dealerships to follow suit.

Wonderful experience: better than any other Toyota dealership in Cork I've dealt with before. Was interested in upgrading my car: saleswoman Alanna and Jill from finance were incredible. They made the journey very smooth, personalised and enjoyable. There was no 'nonsense' and I felt at all times that both Alanna and Jill were working with me to get the right result. Needless to say, I purchased my new car with them: the openness to allow me to test drive and then again with my partner was excellent, the flexibility and clear explanation of the financing options were excellent and communication was wonderful. Alanna and Jill kept me updated at each step along the way; they did their utmost to get the car in the timeframe I needed. It was my first time buying from Cogans - but I am certain it won't be my last! I'd thoroughly recommend using Cogans if looking at Toyota cars in Cork as the service goes above and beyond the others, in my opinion, anyway!
