Toyota C-HR 1.8 Hybrid Sport 4DR Auto

Was in last week to order a new jeep only took ten years of saving to get it. I hope to collect in the next week or two. The salesman John was very good, helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is small but more then ample for showing of the relevant cars etc. They also have their own mechanics and do all servicing there. I had the unfortunate pleasure of using it many years ago when there was an issue mechanically. They fixed it and I had 15 years of happy motoring after that.

Had a small scratch on my car, went around, was given ridiculous quotes and decided to try Meehans after getting recommendations and I did not regret it. Very disappointed with the engineers and their services. After they been told what was the problem with the car they pretend that 3 engineers was checking and it was no problem according to them. They keep the car for nearly 6hours, after we ask to talk with the service manager he was cheching the problem with his torch phone and he admitted its a problem in there in less then 2 min and pushing another booking in another week just to claim more money for us. Just to mansion the car wasn't safety to drive and lying to us that's no problem at all. No apologies either. Totally unprofessional specialy when we talking about people lives.
