Recently I bought a 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross from Carroll and Kinsella in Blackrock and am very happy with the car and with the service I received. Stephen Briggs, Toyota Brand Manager, was very helpful as I made the decision. In the days after I collected the car, I had to phone him on two occasions when I couldn't understand why some light was alerting me. Stephen took my call both times, knew immediately what I had done to cause the two different alerts and calmly reassured me. The support was invaluable.

I have found them always to be most professional and helpful; this most recent experience with Stephen Briggs, being no exception. Throughout the whole process concerning my purchase of a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid he kept in regular contact with much friendly understanding and made the whole transaction as easy as it could be. Although the car itself is a pleasure to drive, both around town and on country runs, it takes a considerable time to understand its many features; all the more difficult for one who is not at all tech savvy!! It's a considerable pity that Toyota don't produce a manual in hard copy!
