I received a truly professional service from start to finish. As an anxious purchaser, I tend to have a lot of questions, but Adrian guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise. His support was superb — he put all my worries aside and was always available to assist whenever needed. My daughter was looking to purchase a new car ( her first brand new vehicle) she invited me, her Dad to assist. We visited a number of car showrooms in Dublin, where our experience varied. Some salespeople were reasonably helpful, others not, while others simply wanted to make a quick sale, or didn't even bother to ring back. Much to our good fortune, we then visited Toyota Sandyford. It was a very cold day. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and asked if we would like tea or coffee to warm up. She then introduced us to David McCann, (a true gentleman). The bottom line is David could not have been more helpful, he made the experience seamless, professional and more importantly friendly. He discussed the options with my daughter on the right model car for her, and was offered a test drive, she knew immediately the car she had chosen was the right one for her. David noticed that I was driving a three, soon to be a four year old Toyota model, our chat resulted in him offering me a trade in price for a new model which I accepted.
