I bought my first new car in Frank hogans last week. We dealt with Evan and from the minute we walked into the showroom last January we knew we were going to purchase. Excellent experience, all the staff I meet are really nice and very pleasant. Especially Derek, I met with Derek and gave him the keys to my Mercedes, explained what I felt was wrong and he listened and noted everything and reassured me they would sort it out. I got my car back that evening fully repaired and washed ready to go home. Overall, it was a very nice place, expensive fancy showroom with all the new models on display and the staff are very polite, pleasant and professional.
