I had a brilliant experience at toyota naas. Everything was done quick and efficiently as I was in need of a car urgently. Friendly staff, brilliant customer service by Tatiana. She was so approachable. Easy to talk to, made me feel so comfortable on our test drive. I could ask questions and she thoroughly went through everything with me. She had such a pleasant nature about her that made me feel at ease. When I am getting a new car again I will definitely be going back to Tatiana.

Dealt with Craig Tracey who was excellent. He was not pushy, listened carefully to what I wanted and worked hard to tailor a package that worked for me. He also has a certain flair and likeable manner which made the process more relaxed. Car was presented in excellent condition. Finance was comprehensively and clearly explained to me by Niall. As for the garage, clean, modern, pleasant helpful wider staff. Car prices seemed a tad dearer than market median, however the value proposition is clear - well cared for cars, good warranty, reliable vehicles (Toyota after all), and a team that somehow makes the finance work to suit my pocket. I bought the car and that probably says it all. Good team - thanks Craig!
