recently brought my 2022 Toyota Hilux to Toyota Sandyford for a recall involving an underbody treatment and ECU software update, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Keith in the Service Department was excellent from start to finish. He helped get everything booked in, organised the pre-inspection, and kept the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. He even noticed that the battery in my spare key (which had been hanging up unused for a long time) was dead and replaced it free of charge, which was a very thoughtful touch. When the vehicle needed to be away for a week to have the underbody treatment completed, Ian in Sales arranged a brand-new Toyota C-HR for me to use in the meantime. That made a huge difference and ensured there was no disruption at all. The entire process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on looking after the customer. They made what could have been an inconvenience incredibly easy from start to finish. We dealt with Keith Morris for a second hand car and he was a pleasure to deal with, always on hand to respond to queries and advise as necessary.
