Arrived on time for my Annual Service, to be greeted by Jack . He was very helpful, but was unable to give me a courtesy car. I explained that if I left and got the bus home, it would be time to turn straight back around and start the return journey. He went outside and had a chat in the workshop and said they'd expedite the job for me, then brought me to the Customer area, where I read the paper (complementary) and enjoyed a freshly brewed coffee. Hassle free. Within 2 hours I was leaving, with Aidan talking me through everything that had been done. Very thorough. Even gave the car a good vacuuming. I'll bring my car here in future for its service. Excellent customer service.

From the moment we walked into the showroom Jake took fantastic care of us- we were a bit overwhelmed as hadn’t bought a new car in about 13 years. Jake guided us through options and didn’t make me feel clueless as I asked all my many silly questions. Seamless process with the finance via Ray also. Excellent communication via phone and email all the way through and we collected our new car yesterday and Jake again told us the days he was working next week in case we had any questions or concerns.

I appreciated the following staff who helped us sort the problem with our car: Darren, the roadside support who never left us and assisted us in arranging a tow truck service and scheduling it to Denis Mahony Kilbarrack Service Center. To Ian, the Tow Truck Service Staff who have been so kind and gently in handling our car all the way to the Service center. To Aidan and Jack, the Denis Mahony Kilbarrack staff/technicians who gave their very best to fix the issue with our car, gave important advice on how we can manage certain issues/problems with our car. Thank you to all these wonderful staffs, keep up the good work. Thank you Toyota for the good service.
