I bought a car recently from Carroll and Kinsella in Blackrock and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I had been to other dealerships including other Toyota dealerships but from the moment I met VJ I knew I would get the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all questions and address all concerns clearly and decisively. He was very attentive in the first meeting bringing me on a test drive and explaining all of the advantages of the car, warranties,, finance and everything else you would worry about as a new car purchaser. He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and answered all questions I had. At no point did I feel that I was being pushed or rushed into making a decision or choosing any extras. From the moment I decided I was buying the car the excellent customer care continued and I felt like I could ring at any time if I needed to with any question. In addition, all of the paperwork was taken care of by him making it all a very stress-free experience. There was regular contact via email letting me know next steps and with check lists to make it easier to prepare for the eventual collection of the car. The actual day of delivery was also a very calm and easy experience with VJ as super organised as always but also calm and patient and aware that I would need another explanation in the car of the main features. Buying a new car is potentially an anxiety-filled experience due to the cost and where there are many elements to consider and many steps to go through.
