They never managed to fix it. Service Appointments? Expect long waiting times and zero flexibility. Once, I was 15 minutes late due to a dead battery (on a car I bought from them less than 5 months earlier), and they refused to take it in. I had to rebook for the following month. Post-Service Cleaning? A joke. Just a half-hearted wipe-down passed off as a “courtesy” — clearly designed to quiet complaints rather than offer any real value. Trying to Buy Another Car? When I showed up to look at a Jeep, I was handed the keys and then completely ignored. I waited 45 minutes, left my details, and no one ever called back. Buyback Promise? At purchase, I was told they could buy back the car. When I asked a year later, I was gaslighted — suddenly it was “we never said that.” Random Upsells? A month after one service, I got a call suggesting I urgently needed an eCVT oil change. When I asked another Toyota dealer, they told me they’d never even heard of that.
