Then onto the sales team I bought my car from Will and you couldn’t off met an nicer fella to deal with any questions you had regardless of the time he would answer you. I recently bought a new car at Trinity Volkswagen in wicklow. I have to say the level of service was outstanding and it felt very personalised and like they very much cared. I've had fiat's, ford's, seats, and Opels before and bought from all their respective dealers and this so far has been the best experience. I had a car to trade in and Salesman Will had a price for it by the time I had come back from my test drive of the fantastic ID.3. Will was in contact throughout the process of the sale and even after the sale to make sure the car was up to standard. When I came in to collect the car the financial side of things was handled by Ray who went through all the fine details but made the financials very clear in layman's terms. I was offered coffee upon arrival and even people working there that I hadn't been dealing with throughout the process seemed to know my name and would say hello as I was waiting. Overall it made trading in my old car, working out the financials, and driving away in my new shiny car an enjoyable experience and I would strongly consider buying from Trinity Motors again as a result. Got my car serviced here recently - I have to say really impressed. Loved the personalised video that they sent before any work had commenced on the car. Think they have the price in mind and have absolutely no surprises for their customer at the end when it’s time to pay. Well done service team @ Trinity Motors 👍🏼
