I initially dealt with Owen when choosing my car who was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help me choose my new car. Sarah assisted me with the handover and again, the experience could not have been better, in terms of professionalism, personalness and vehicle knowledge. Very smooth process!

She was incredibly helpful via email before the car handover, and I was really impressed with her manner and presentation when I collected the car. She thoroughly explained all the features and tech in the car, and is clearly incredibly knowledgeable. Moreover she has a really lovely and personable manner, and left me feeling very comfortable driving my first VW out of the showroom. She's brilliant.

I was having my car serviced, from booking a time to checking the vehicle in the whole process was a very easy. I was kept updated during the service and given information on what needed to be done to the car. The video of the inspection was very helpful. Collection was quick and easy. I also spoke to a staff member about possibly getting new car, this person was very knowledgeable and listened to what I need and want from a car. A test drive was arranged and they emailed me all the relevant information very quickly after our conversation. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful.
