Recently got my new van from Volkswagen Centre in Cork. I’m from Dublin, but my local Volkswagen dealers weren’t pleasant to deal with, that’s why I went to Cork. Got in contact with sales manager Brad and he was super helpful and responsive from the first moment till the end of the sale. Good communication is the key. Simply can’t recommend him enough. Will definitely come back for an upgrade in another few years.

Whilst on holiday from the UK, when we were visiting Cork, the clutch went on our VW Golf, leaving us unable to get back to our accommodation. We asked to be towed to Blackwater VW Garage where the service we received was excellent. In particular, the support we received from Rebecca O'Donoghue, the Service Adviser, was exceptional, going above and beyond her responsibility to help us out. The work was completed to a high standard, at a fair price and a hire car was arranged quickly to support us to continue our holiday. We thought the service we received from backwater was superb.
