Volkswagen Golf STYLE 1.5TSI 150hp

We had a really good experience purchasing our car. James S was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and always responded promptly to our many emails and questions. When we collected the car, he took the time to walk us through all the features and helped get everything set up. He was friendly, professional, and made the experience very easy. He also let us know we could contact him anytime if we had any questions. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with James Southwood at Volkswagen Waterford. From the day I ordered my van, James was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever I needed help or advice, James was quick to respond and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. His customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend James Southwood to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. He's a real credit to Volkswagen Waterford, and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again in the future. Thank you, James!
