I have just purchased my first Volkswagen from Connolly’s Sligo and all I can say was it was their customer service was nothing short of excellent Adrian Forkin who was the gentleman who was our salesman was second to none he went above and beyond to get me the exact car that suited my needs when I came to collect my car everything was seamless Lauren went through all the technical bits setting my car up on the VW app and giving me a comprehensive run through all the technology in my new id3 Gtx also Leah on reception who has been dealing with my calls and queries over the previous number of weeks has been kind and courteous all in all I could recommend Connolly’s Sligo any higher and the complementary umbrella water bottle and baseball cap were a lovely touch

I wanted my car (bought from another dealer) checked over and a major water inlet problem to be repaired. I felt very well looked after from the moment I rang until picking up my car after the repair. This is customer service as it should be.
