John was very helpful! We went in looking for a 2nd hand id4 for my fiancé. He listened to our budget and must haves and walked us through the options we had. We went for a test drive and we're very happy with it. He pulled out all the stops to have the car ready on a day that was convent for us. It was my fiancé buying the car. But I'll happily go to frank keane when im looking to upgrade my id3!
