I recently bought a car from Adrian Forkan at Connolly’s Volkswagen Sligo and the level of service he provided was far beyond anything I’ve experienced before. His attention to detail is outstanding as he thinks of absolutely everything and his personal touch made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Adrian took the time to understand exactly what I needed, kept me updated at every step, and made sure the car was perfect before handover. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I wanted my car (bought from another dealer) checked over and a major water inlet problem to be repaired. I felt very well looked after from the moment I rang until picking up my car after the repair. This is customer service as it should be.
