I picked up my VW tayron today I drove all the way from Co.Sligo and that is because of the customer care I received from Ryno Jacob’s I said I would never buy off Connolly’s again because of a bad experience in a different location but Ryno was so nice from start to finish I decided to give another chance I have always purchased off Connolly’s and letterkenny will definitely be my go to branch because of this he pulled a good customer back what started as a phone call ended in a purchase !! Ryno took the time to explain and come out on a drive with me as well which was fantastic as I was going from manual to automatic and gave me confidence for my onward journey. I did want extra things done to car also which he organised in letterkenny for me before I picked the car up he really went above and beyond as a car sales person he spent quality time explaining everything inside the car and also the app I feel this is very important when buying a car and I’m extremely happy with my new purchase and the care I received in this branch. The car was purchased before Christmas and ryno kept me updated until it was ready to go and when it came in he video called to show me the car which I just felt so looked after.
