Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident with my choice. Shane was extremely helpful with the paperwork and made the process quick and easy. Both Jake and Shane are genuine, honest, and very easy to deal with – you really feel looked after, not just like another customer. The car is absolutely perfect, and the aftercare support has been brilliant too. If I could give 100 stars, I would. I had an excellent experience with **Reilly Motors** today and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, professional help. My car had an issue with the electric handbrake and wouldn’t drive, leaving us stuck for over two hours. After being turned away by several garages within walking distance — some saying they were too busy, and one even suggesting I have the car towed and left outside — we didn’t know what to do. Thankfully, **Alex**, the owner of Reilly Motors, was incredible. He went above and beyond by calling his own staff from his garage and arranging for **James and Kieran** to come directly to our car. They were the only team willing to help when we really needed it. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got the battery replaced, showing genuine professionalism, kindness, and expertise throughout. Their willingness to step in when everyone else refused made a hugely stressful situation so much easier. I can’t thank Alex and the lads enough — truly outstanding service. Highly recommended!
