Enquired about a car and was contacted to send photos of my trade in, which I did. Chased several times and they couldn’t be bothered to return my calls. Communication was severely lacking.

Really disappointing. We had our jeep booked in for a mini service, but the confusion that happened after that is unbelievable. What turned to be a service turned into a rebuild of the engine. The lack of communication between the reception and the mechanic is so bad as we we were only there in Jan 24 and he was replacing filters that dod not need replacing he admitted. It's a 3 Yr old jeep with very little mileage but Bradys did not half complicate this and turn this in to a huge ordeal which has caused and considerable amount of stress. I would definitely think twice about bringing your vehicle here.
