Volkswagen Polo 2005 - NEW NCT & TAXED

Volkswagen Polo - Full head rebuild, including valves, valve stems, seals and guides. Replaced all exhaust valves and one intake valve (cracked exhaust valve that caused low compression was replaced) - Valves were machined to spec to deliver excellent compression. Leaks on the valve cover all cleaned, sealed and fixed. - New head gasket and head bolts torqued to VW spec. - New expansion tank fitted. - New wiper linkage installed. - Brakes were redone with new discs, pads and brake hoses. - All timing chains and tensioner to spec and in great condition. Pistons in very good condition and cylinders are perfect. - New oil and filters, along with transmission oil change, 0 leaks. - Gearbox in excellent condition. - Rust on front passenger wing panel repaired and resprayed with factory colour paint and clearcoat. - 170km with head rebuild, new brakes, accessories, interior in great condition. - Recently passed NCT (picture included) , Taxed until 31/10/25.
