I had been having trouble with my car and the mechanic i usually go too, so i decided to give going to an actual dealership a try, and when i tell you i feel so silly for ever doing otherwise! from the moment you walk in everyone is so kind and welcoming. I believe Suzie is who was taking care of me and she was absolutely lovely, so kind and very thorough, She made sure i understood everything that was going on and was so helpful all day! Sean, the technician who worked on my car was so helpful too! in the video they sent over for the health check on your car he explained everything so well and showed me exactly what he was talking about which i truly appreciated because i genuinely wouldn’t have a clue otherwise. The dealership has a lovely waiting area for customers and everyone made sure i was comfortable, i truly had a lovely experience and will 100% be sticking with you guys here on out, thanks for everything!
