Volkswagen T-Roc R-line Plus 1.0 TSI 110HP M6F

I have been waiting a few months now for a call from the "VW Brand Director" Niall, for some reason the Sales team at Joe Duffy VW can't handle my query around why no VW Service History is available in spite of being told it would be included. Exceptionally poor customer service, would absolutely not recommend them in any way shape or form. Would give them zero stars if Google allowed me.

Myself and friend went into Volkswagen Charlestown, to test drive the R- Line Tiguan before purchasing. I was torn between buying the R-Line and the Tiguan Elegance. We asked Kyle could we look at the R-Line before we committed to the Elegance. He begrudgingly opened the door and said "ill just leave you to it" rolled his eyes 'tutted' and then continued to say 'its the same as the Elegance, only difference is the seats'. He said in a snotty manner. Kyle had no manners and obviously wouldn't be a great sales man if that is how he speaks to people regularly. I went to Navan after being there, I did buy the R- Line Tiguan and the lads there couldn't do enough for us.

Nice people, but poor customer service, no brake discs or wiper blades available on day of service.. standard parts. Had to re book. Re hire car. Poor form. Had to pay heafty for the free car health check. Very disappointing Joe Duffy
