I was very pleased overall with Blackwater Motors when my VW Tiguan had a DSG mechatronic unit failure when travelling from Wexford to West Cork. The problem was diagnosed within 24 hours, parts arrived in 6 days and fitted within 2 further days. The communication from the service department was excellent, and Douglas was especially very helpful . The car appears to be fine now.
