I dropped my car in for service yesterday morning. Within 2 hrs i had a video sent to my email address, detailing everything that had been checked and what needed to be replaced. The transparency was amazing. No fear of any hidden extras being added. We also received a complimentary car wash, which was much appreciated. Hazel was fantastic to deal with from start to finish.
