Great service, lovely helpful staff, very organised and efficient, very experienced sales team. One visit was all it took both times I’ve negotiated a change of car. Delivered one car to me at work…. Collecting my new car once they open in January! Lovely bright spacious sales room and private offices. Very friendly reception staff. Couldn’t rate them highly enough! Explained all my options and projected plans.

Here’s a professionally written but strong one-star review you could post on Google: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly
