Everything was handled with ease, which made what can often be a stressful process feel simple and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was the level of communication. During the week I was waiting for the car, I was contacted every other day by Mark with updates, which I really appreciated. It kept me fully informed and reassured throughout the process. Any requests or additional things I wanted done on the car were taken care of without any issues, and I was kept up to date on all of it. I bought an imported Golf from Castle Motors a few weeks ago. I dealt with Mark and Stephen, both of which were really friendly and helpful. I got a reasonable trade in for my old car as well. I'll definitely be giving them a call when it's time to upgrade again.
