I couldn’t have had a better experience at Sheehy Motors Naas over the past two weeks while purchasing my new car. From the very start, the whole experience felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch. It was so natural, which made me feel genuinely recognised and listened to. On the day, I hadn’t planned on buying a brand-new car but thanks to the fantastic customer service (and being in the right place at the right time), I ended up doing just that! A huge thank you to Caolan, who made my first “big girl” purchase feel seamless and special. He made the entire process easy to understand from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately, and he consistently reassured me throughout the process. I’m not “good” at cars, I only know that I need something reliable, safe and within my budget. Oftentimes this is enough to make a car salesman’s eyes glaze over but that was not the case with Sheehy motors. From the second I walked in, it was a different world. The receptionist was friendly and had me take a seat while the salesman came down. I had no sooner sat down when David Kowalczyk greeted me warmly. He took everything in, understood exactly what I needed and was extremely engaged. I settled on the VW polo, and it was everything David promised it would be and more. He went through all the controls in depth, set up my VW app and explained the automatic gearbox in depth. I left the dealership and the car drives like a dream. David turned a very daunting process into an extremely positive experience. I already know I will be a loyal & returning customer. Overall it was an extremely premium service, immaculately clean showroom, excellent staff and expert salesmen. I will be recommending David and Sheehys to everyone.
